Privacy Policy
What Dayton Mold Remediation Pros collects when you request a quote, who it is shared with, and the choices you have.
This website is owned and operated by Joe McGregor. Last updated October 30, 2026.
What we collect
When you use the quote form, we collect what you type: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the type of service, and the details you describe about the mold or water problem. When you call, we receive your phone number and what you tell us on the call.
Like most websites, we also receive basic technical information such as your browser type, device, pages viewed and approximate location derived from your IP address.
How the form works
The quote form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not a bot, is sending it. Cloudflare may process technical signals from your browser for that check. Submitted requests are delivered by Cloudflare email delivery to the site operator.
How we use and share it
- To get you quotes. Your request is shared with independent mold inspection and remediation companies that serve your area, so they can contact you about your request. Those companies use your information under their own privacy practices.
- To follow up. We may call, text or email you about your request, for example to confirm the town or a missing detail. Calls and texts identify Dayton Mold Remediation Pros, and we honor requests to stop.
- To run the site. We use technical data to keep the site working, prevent spam and understand which pages are useful.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies that may quote your job, with service providers that help run the site, or when the law requires it.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and which pages are read. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology and reports aggregated information. You can block cookies in your browser settings or use Google's opt-out browser add-on.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests for as long as needed to pass them on and handle follow-up, and for reasonable record keeping after that. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.
Your choices
- Ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us.
- Tell us to stop calling or texting; reply STOP to a text or say so on a call.
- Contact the companies directly to ask them to stop contacting you or to delete your information from their records.
Children
This site is for adults arranging work on a home. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy, and the date above will change when we do. For privacy questions or requests, send a note through the quote form or call (937) 466-8339.
